This is one enormously long letter, on various questions, but it is structured, so that it can be read by points, although the best way is to read it in the given order. The questions are quite different, yet they are joint because one things leads to another, they are related, and, besides, this anonymous author has no intentions to bother more the public, and for this reason he looks to say the most important things at once, and then it, the public, can not pay him attention, if it wants so.
It begins with some pension curiosities, to which the real author of the letter has come alone, then follow propositions for their bettering, then advices to the pensioners. After this the theme broadens and we are touching our social policy during our whole democratic time, and more precisely are going to the question of poverty, where also are sketched some propositions and ideas. Thereafter the discussion becomes even more global and we are going to the sunset of contemporary capitalism, and from there to the possible Bulgarian contribution for smooth and crisis-free movement. In the end are attached anonymously some materials of the correspondence with our NSSI (National Social Security Institute), and then comes the conclusion.
Keywords: Bulgaria, misery, democracy, pensions, image of the country, propositions, interesting, important.
