Resumen: Yo doy aquí explicaciones en forma humorística por qué no me gusta la democracia, qué le falta para ser lo suficientemente buena para las personas inteligentes. Estas explicaciones son más de una docena, varias veces ellas tienen intersección no vacía, es decir algunas ideas se repiten, pero así las cosas se explican mejor, yo he mostrado las diferentes facetas de este fenómeno social muchas veces incomprendido. Porque ella se ve bien desde la distancia, pero en esencia es solo una hermosa mentira.

[ Opening remark: I want to tell you that I do NOT know this language entirely, i.e. I have never studied it, or read in it, or spoken! All translation is done with the use of computer translators, yet … very carefully and with feeling. This means that I have translated small portions, compared at least two input languages in dubious moments, where the languages were as follows: the original was German, then I translated alone in English, then in Italian with the use of the computer, then in Russian alone, and then in all left languages, which I hope to exceed in their number the … dozen, using the most suitable one plus the English! How was this possible, when I don't know these languages, and especially when the text is not elementary, this is scientific (although popular) publication, and with quite long and twisted sentences?
Well, I wanted for a long time to show (to myself) that, after a quarter of a century amateur linguistic investigations, I can understand at least a dozen of languages in reading. Yes, and here I was reading my own work in these languages, what was a big (intellectual) fun for me. I thought about practically each foreign word, given to me by the computer, for to check whether it can mean this or not, and this, for one thing, because these translators made quite often big blunders, falling into difficulty to guess the right context of the word or phrase (or idiom), and for another thing, in order to check myself about my guesses. I hope the result is not bad, because the topic is exceedingly important for the entire world. In this way I have fulfilled another important task, to check the suitability and easiness of practically all contemporary European languages. After all this long work I can definitely say that this is my swan song in the political matters. ]

Creo que está claro lo que quiero decir aquí, pero permítanme decir esto explícitamente. Hablaré aquí de la generalizada durante los dos últimos siglos en Occidente, y ahora también en Oriente, democracia de derecha, que difiere del griego antiguo original, así como de los elementos democráticos en la antigua Roma o antes, especialmente de la izquierda o democracia popular. Porque elementos democráticos se han utilizado desde tiempos inmemoriales, incluso entre los animales, pero esto todavía no es democracia. Dicho de otra manera, esta democracia requiere elecciones libres de gobernantes, para que se elija al más querido (o al menos odiado). Y la gente vota por partidos, por personas de alto rango, a quienes no conocen, y la gente común no puede tomar una buena decisión, porque no entienden nada sobre el gobierno de un estado, y esas elecciones no se aplican en ningún otro lugar, porque normalmente se requiere una calificación, etc., y así sucesivamente.
Yo he hablado ya muchas veces de esto, ustedes Jotata no puede saltar sobre un campo tan interesante e incomprendido, no puede permitirse ignorarlo, y ha hecho también muchas propuestas para mejorar el gobierno (al menos en su partido NAPUK, en el Codex), pero aquí yo discutiré este tema con más detalles y en su necesaria plenitud. ¿Por qué? Bueno, porque hay muchos países donde ella no funciona bien, porque (prácticamente) las dos guerras mundiales se han peleado por eso, porque esto es un bamboozling-engaño abierto, y debería haber alguien que abra los ojos a las masas. Francamente yo no soy el mejor que ha hecho esto, hay alguien que ha dicho la verdad en la forma más corta posible, y ese es el famoso Oscar Wilde, sólo que el ha usado la palabra bludgeoning-aporrear, que es una especie de cudgel-palo, que yo habría reemplazado por maltrato. ¡Así que ha dicho que la democracia está bludgeoning-apaleando al pueblo, por el mismo pueblo, y en nombre de (para) nuevamente el mismo pueblo! (Y cuando yo pienso ahora en por qué yo no soy tan inteligente como él, solo puedo encontrar una razón para esto, porque yo no soy ... ¡homosexual! Probablemente por la razón de que estas personas son de muy buen sentimiento, para ellos el sexo no es una suciedad para la proliferación de mamíferos y otros animales bisexuales, sino una especie de expresión de emociones. Bueno, esto se dijo por diversión, pero ¿quién puede estar seguro de que no es así con estas personas?)

[ Closing remark: Hmm, in this way I have become in some small degree acquainted also with this language, and have come to my conclusions. And which are they, ah? Well, the most important conclusion here is that all languages are bad, except one! I will not play hide and seek with you, this one and only good language is … my Bulgarian one! This is not a new topic for me, but now I have gathered more detailed proofs. All this thanks to the misunderstood democracy, and myself existing thanks to the barbarian reaction of our whole official publicity (which has led to my birth under this pseudonym)! And have in mind that I am comparing practically all Slavonic, and Teutonic, and Latin languages, or all contemporary ones, so that my conclusions are entirely justified. And mark also this, that Bulgaria is the unquestionable (outside of its borders) barbarous nation in the civilized part of the word, and that our Bulgarian language is the best and simplest of all other civilized and contemporary languages, and these two facts simply cannot be occasional, they must be somehow related! So that at the end of this my democratic epopee I may with clear conscience exclaim: Long live Bulgarian language! and Down with the democracy! Amen! ]
