Resumo: Aqui eu dou explicações de forma humorística porque eu não gosto de democracia, o que falta para ser bom o suficiente para pessoas inteligentes. Estas explicações são mais de uma dúzia, várias vezes têm intersecções não vazias, isto é, algumas ideias se repetem, mas desta forma as coisas se explicam melhor, eu mostrei as diferentes facetas deste fenómeno social muitas vezes mal compreendido. Porque ela parece bom à distância, mas em sua essência é apenas uma bela mentira.
[ The idea for illustration is in placing of one picture in a frame under the title and the author, which has to be square and probably 450 x 450 pixels (because I use usually 525 x 725 for the cover and then multiply by 3, when necessary). The picture is a waist portrait of young Greek woman representing Miss Democracy. She is with long straight nose, probably blond, smiling, crowned with a diadem with 6 five-rayed stars made of some light blue or green precious stone, she is clothed with a piece of cloth, fastened at the left shoulder with a golden brooch in form of a star, which leaves the right (and well formed) breast open, and on the border of this cloth, diagonally, beginning at the left shoulder and passing under the right breast, is read DEMOC(R). Then her right hand is little raised from the elbow and she holds in it a whip, while the left is nearly horizontal and with it she shows … the sign of the fig. ]
[ Opening remark: I want to tell you that I do NOT know this language entirely, i.e. I have never studied it, or read in it, or spoken! All translation is done with the use of computer translators, yet … very carefully and with feeling. This means that I have translated small portions, compared at least two input languages in dubious moments, where the languages were as follows: the original was German, then I translated alone in English, then in Italian with the use of the computer, then in Russian alone, and then in all left languages, which I hope to exceed in their number the … dozen, using the most suitable one plus the English! How was this possible, when I don't know these languages, and especially when the text is not elementary, this is scientific (although popular) publication, and with quite long and twisted sentences?
Well, I wanted for a long time to show (to myself) that, after a quarter of a century amateur linguistic investigations, I can understand at least a dozen of languages in reading. Yes, and here I was reading my own work in these languages, what was a big (intellectual) fun for me. I thought about practically each foreign word, given to me by the computer, for to check whether it can mean this or not, and this, for one thing, because these translators made quite often big blunders, falling into difficulty to guess the right context of the word or phrase (or idiom), and for another thing, in order to check myself about my guesses. I hope the result is not bad, because the topic is exceedingly important for the entire world. In this way I have fulfilled another important task, to check the suitability and easiness of practically all contemporary European languages. After all this long work I can definitely say that this is my swan song in the political matters. ]
[ Comentário (para a variante alemã): Eu vou escrever este material, ao contrário dos meus outros materiais, primeiro em alemão, então deixe-me explicar por que tomei essa decisão. Em segundo lugar fica este, que a língua alemã é mais qualificada que a inglesa, e eu quero fazer também tradução para o italiano, mas não conheço este último tão bem, para fazer sozinho isso, eu irei usar tradutores computadorizados, verificando apenas a tradução finalizada (o que eu já fiz antes); e, de qualquer maneira, a língua inglesa é um ... monstro entre os tipos de linguagem, não é? E em primeiro lugar, eu quero melhorar meu alemão, o que nunca farei, até começar a pensar em alemão; isso significa, no entanto, que cometerei mais erros do que o normal, por isso eu peço aos meus leitores que me desculpar antecipadamente. Talvez seja o suficiente. ]

Eu acho que está claro o que quero dizer aqui, mas deixe-me dizer isso explicitamente. Eu vou falar aqui sobre a difundida nos últimos dois séculos no Ocidente, e agora também no Oriente, democracia de direita, que difere do original grego antigo, bem como dos elementos democráticos da Roma antiga ou anterior, e mais ainda da esquerda ou democracia popular. Porque os elementos democráticos são usados desde tempos imemoriais, também entre os animais, mas isso ainda não é democracia. Dito de outra forma, essa democracia exige eleições livres para os governantes, para que seja eleito aquele que é mais amado (ou menos odiado). E o povo vota em partidos, em pessoas de alto escalão, que eles não conhecem, e as pessoas comuns são incapazes de tomar boas decisões, porque eles não entendem nada sobre o governo de um estado, e tais eleições não são aplicadas em nenhum outro lugar, porque geralmente alguma qualificação é necessária, e assim por diante e assim por diante.
Já falei muitas vezes sobre isso, vosso Jotata não pode saltar sobre um campo tão interessante e incompreendido, não pode se permitir ignorá-lo, e fez também muitas propostas para melhorar o governo (pelo menos em seu partido NAPUK, no Codex), mas aqui vou discutir este tópico em mais detalhes e em sua necessária plenitude. Por quê? Bem, porque há muitos países onde isso não funciona bem, porque (praticamente) para esse foram travadas as duas guerras mundiais, porque esta é um bamboozling-engano aberto, e deve haver alguém que abra os olhos das massas. Falando francamente eu não sou o melhor que fez isso, existe uma pessoa que disse a verdade da forma mais curta possível, e este é o famoso Oscar Wilde, só que ele usou a palavra bludgeoning-espancamento, o que é uma espécie de surra com algum cudgel-bastão, o que eu teria substituído por maus-tratos. Então ele disse que a democracia é bludgeoning do povo, pelo mesmo povo, e em nome de (para) novamente o mesmo povo! (E quando eu penso agora sobre a questão, por que eu não sou tão inteligente quanto ele, só consigo encontrar uma razão para isso, porque eu não sou ... homossexual! Provavelmente pela razão de que essas pessoas sejam muito sensíveis, por eles o sexo não é uma sujeira, para proliferação de mamíferos e outros animais bissexuais, mas uma espécie de expressão de emoções. Bem, isso foi dito por diversão, mas quem pode ter certeza de que não é assim com essas pessoas?)

[ Closing remark: Hmm, in this way I have become in some small degree acquainted also with this language, and have come to my conclusions. And which are they, ah? Well, the most important conclusion here is that all languages are bad, except one! I will not play hide and seek with you, this one and only good language is … my Bulgarian one! This is not a new topic for me, but now I have gathered more detailed proofs. All this thanks to the misunderstood democracy, and myself existing thanks to the barbarian reaction of our whole official publicity (which has led to my birth under this pseudonym)! And have in mind that I am comparing practically all Slavonic, and Teutonic, and Latin languages, or all contemporary ones, so that my conclusions are entirely justified. And mark also this, that Bulgaria is the unquestionable (outside of its borders) barbarous nation in the civilized part of the word, and that our Bulgarian language is the best and simplest of all other civilized and contemporary languages, and these two facts simply cannot be occasional, they must be somehow related! So that at the end of this my democratic epopee I may with clear conscience exclaim: Long live Bulgarian language! and Down with the democracy! Amen! ]
