## Description

Little Black Sambo tells the charming story of a resourceful young boy living in India. One day, while venturing through the jungle, Sambo encounters four hungry tigers. To avoid being eaten, Sambo cleverly offers each tiger a piece of his brand-new, colorful clothing: his red coat, blue trousers, purple shoes, and green umbrella. The tigers, immensely proud of their new attire, soon begin to argue amongst themselves over who is the most splendidly dressed. Their vanity leads to a comical chase around a tree, which escalates into such speed that they transform into a pool of delicious melted butter. Sambo, observing the entire spectacle, safely retrieves his clothes. He then gathers the butter and brings it home to his delighted mother, who uses it to cook a magnificent stack of pancakes for the whole family to enjoy.
